Different airfield ICAO in some simulators

Some of the airfields that we used have a different ICAO in some of the simulators. The field itself will look the same. In the flight plan in LittleNavMap (LVM) these waypoints will show up as a little red triangle. If you wish you can right-click on the airfield icon and chose add airfield to flight plan. Then you can delete the red waypoint. Here's a list.
Flight 1: FSX: PAEG=PAEA.
Flight 2: FSX: PAKO=IKO, PAAM=AK23 (a bit over a mile west of its correct location).
             P3D: PAAM=AK23.
Flight 3: MSFS: SA15=SAWL.
Flight 7: XP11/12: RPMH=RPMY.
