How to get a flight plan into FS9 (FS2004)?
•   Download LittleNavMap (LNM) if not done already.
•   Download and install Plan-G: Plan-G - Plan-G v4.
•   Load the flight plan into LNM.
•   Hit File -> Export flight plan as P3D or FSX PLN.
•   Load this PLN flight plan into Plan-G.
•   Export flight plan as FS2004 flight plan.
•   Load this FS2004 flight plan into your sim.
Please, let me know if this works or if you have a better idea.

Attached are the converted/correct flight plans for FS9.

Users should first place their aircraft at the departure airport, then select the flight plan - but not move their aircraft to the new location.  Lastly, they can start their flight normally, following the flight plan as appropriate...
