When submitting a PIREP form, the time format should be as in the above example - hours:minutes

However, submitting a time in the decimal format will also be acceptable, as example 85.7

Many timers used by us only give the time in decimal minutes as this was the format used in the old world rally format.

Just as a reminder how to convert decimal minutes to hh:mm

To get the hour - 85.7 ÷ 60 = 1.4283 hours       That is 1 hour   
To get the minutes - 0.4283 x 60 = 25.69 minutes That is 26 minutes

The time will be 01:26.
