Just completed this World Tour 2023. Thanks so much for organizing the 10 challenging, adventurous and interesting flights. Learned a lot , and I hope to keep flying to make good use of lessons learned.

Hi Ard, I don't know how to avoid using ATC if it's an IFR flight - You get your clearance and they then expect you to remain under instructions. I suppose, if you ignore them after takeoff, they will sooner or later cancel off the IFR flight plan and leave you to your own devices! what I normally ...

hi , Yes me flying FSX had exactly the same with the ATC altitude changes. after request my own alt. it stayed constant. In thelatter end of the flight ATC also commanded a different route than my flight plan. I followed it and later came back to my flight plan. Next time I think I will not use ATC ...

yep it is WP12 and make sure not to make the turn too wide. I almost clipped the mountain on the outside of the turn.
another tricky turn is WP31 close to the end, which is a 120 degree or about turn. Also there if your speed is too high the turn can be too wide to fly safely pass the mountains.

This plane indeed has a very complete panel, which makes flying easier. The only extra-panel I use as a pop-up is the GPS, that can be made a little smaller and places mid-left as not to obstruct other dials.
